Shipping Policy

We're glad you're shopping with Stitch & Sole. Here's what to expect with shipping and delivery.

 

Shipping rates (United States)

Archive pieces (sneakers, jerseys, denim and collectibles): $8 flat rate, free on orders of $70 or more.

Sneaker care products and laces: always free.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Delivery times

Archive pieces ship from Magnolia, Texas and generally arrive within 3–7 business days. Sneaker care products ship from a US warehouse; laces ship from our overseas partner warehouse and can take longer — delivery estimates are shown on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Delays

Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier issues, or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can.

 

Issues with your shipment

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a shipping error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stitchsole.shop with your order number and photos. We're understanding and fair, and we will make right any error caused by Stitch & Sole.
