Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States.

 

Delivery times: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination before you complete your purchase.

 

Delays: Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier issues, or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can.

 

Issues with your shipment: If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a shipping error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marksaliens@yahoo.com with your order number and photos. We're understanding and fair, and we will make right any error caused by Stitch & Sole.
